Abstract
UNIVERSITY, Miss. -- With a background in journalism, it was natural for Dick Waterman to take photos of the blues artists he represented as an agent, manager, producer and promoter. He didn't know at the time, however, that his work would be among the few visual records of some of greatest African-American blues artists of the 20th century.
