Abstract
UNIVERSITY, Miss. -- The idea was simple enough: Establish a resource center to conduct research and provide education and training to child nutrition personnel throughout the nation. The reality? The project called for years of hard work and cooperative agreements between state departments of education, two universities, numerous associations, and state and national departments of agriculture.
