Abstract
UNIVERSITY, Miss. -- The Mississippi Legislature wrapped up a difficult session Sunday and passed a higher education appropriation that was not as bad as it could have been. That was the early analysis by Dr. Andrew Mullins, executive assistant to the chancellor and the University's liaison at the state capital.
