Abstract
UNIVERSITY, Miss. -- Dr. Andrew P. Mullins Jr., executive assistant to University of Mississippi (UM) Chancellor Robert Khayat, has been named by Gov. Ronnie Musgrove for a five-year term on the Southern Regional Education Board (SREB), which governs working alliances between government and education leaders in 16 states to cooperatively advance education.
