Abstract

UNIVERSITY, Miss. -- It's easy to be overwhelmed by the abundance of information choices on the World Wide Web, given the size of the Internet and the uneven distribution of valuable resources. Families are often exasperated, seeking that one-in-a-million cyberspot to help kids with homework or plan a family trip.
