Abstract
UNIVERSITY, Miss. -- The Southern Foodways Alliance (SFA) -- a group of more than 50 chefs, food writers, cookbook authors and other food enthusiasts who preserve and promote the traditional and developing diverse food culture of the South -- takes the show on the road July 13-15 with an inaugural field trip to North Carolina.
