Abstract
UNIVERSITY, Miss. — Calling the work "an important first step in getting our military forces back to full strength," University of Mississippi (UM) researcher Dr. Keith Womer led more than 30 colleagues reporting recently to U.S. Navy officials on projects aimed at devising more effective recruiting methods and management systems in all branches of the U.S. military.
