Abstract
UNIVERSITY, Miss. -- Imagine an army of 28,000 hungry children invading your kitchen. Now think about having to feed all of them a well-rounded, nutritious meal in less than an hour. This is the task faced daily by Katrine Rose, administrative coordinator of food service for Prince William County Public Schools in Manassas, Va., and her colleagues. It's enough to make Rose and others like her look for help.
