Abstract
UNIVERSITY, Miss. -- About 500 members of The University of Mississippi community gathered Tuesday evening in the Student Union Plaza in consolation, memory and prayer for victims of the morning's attacks in New York, Pennsylvania and Washington D.C. On Wednesday, plans for a day-long blood drive were cut short when the volume of response from students, faculty and staff exceeded organizers' capacity before noon.
