Abstract
UNIVERSITY, Miss. -- Just days after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks on America, The University of Mississippi's (UM) Dr. Abbe Finn heeded the call to help. Within minutes, she was bound for New York City, part of an elite Crisis Management International team of about 80 U.S. professionals.
