Abstract
UNIVERSITY, Miss. -- University of Mississippi students, faculty and staff "jailed" friends in front of the Student Union on Wednesday (Nov. 7) to raise money for the local United Way. To be detained, someone had to pay $10 to the organizers, then the arrested person could pay $5 to get out of jail. "Deputy" Chad McCracken, a campus programming graduate assistant, tells "inmate" Robert Carver, an experimental psychology grad student, the terms of his release.
