Abstract
UNIVERSITY, Miss. -- With the winter season beckoning, 35 voices from the University of Mississippi Women's Glee Club will blend Dec. 6 in the holiday concert, "A Ceremony of Carols," a choral composition by British composer Benjamin Britten. Harpist Marian Schaffer of the Memphis Symphony will accompany the ensemble during the 8 p.m. program at St. Peter's Episcopal Church, which is located at 113 South 9th St. in Oxford.
