Abstract
UNIVERSITY, Miss. -- Since its inception, "The Leadership Quarterly" (LQ) has become a top journal in the field of leadership research. A study of the journal's history published last winter has earned coauthors William Gardner of The University of Mississippi and Kevin Lowe of the University of North Carolina-Greensboro LQ's 2000 "Best Paper of the Year" honors.
