Abstract
STENNIS SPACE CENTER, Miss. -- University of Mississippi (UM) engineers, under contract to the Mississippi Space Commerce Initiative, performed much of the research to develop concepts and hardware involved in a major satellite services agreement between MSCI member Aerostar and Globalstar, a leading worldwide service provider for handheld satellite phones.
