Abstract
University of Mississippi Chancellor Robert Khayat, left, joined country music star Marty Stuart, right, Wednesday night on the stage of the new Gertrude C. Ford Performing Arts Center, a 1,200-seat state-of-the-art theater on the UM-Oxford campus. Stuart and his band conducted a free concert for the university community and construction workers who helped build the facility. Khayat joined the group near the end of the show to play a guitar solo to the song "Folsom Prison Blues," which brought the audience of about 800 to its feet.
