Remarks by Chancellor Glenn F. Boyce and Awards Presentation
Glenn F. Boyce serves as the 18th Chancellor of the University of Mississippi. As chancellor, he has strengthened how Ole Miss builds leaders, empowers student success, drives progress through research and economic opportunity and champions communities. Under his leadership, the university has reached record enrollment numbers, broken ground on the largest single construction project ever on the Oxford campus and launched the largest comprehensive campaign in the history of Mississippi universities to generate at least $1.5 billion in private support. His career spans more than 40 years across secondary and post- secondary education including as Commissioner of Higher Education for the State of Mississippi where he led the state's university system.
