Description
Alexandria White is the senior vice president at Reboot Accel, a consulting agency based in Silicon Valley. She collaborates with an impressive list of clients, including Cisco, Faire, Oracle, Stanford University, HumanGood and Samsung. As a corporate strategist, Dr. White is instrumental in designing, implementing and managing diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) initiatives. With over a decade in higher education, she intentionally weaves DEIB into the core of organizations, merging data-driven strategies with profound insights into human behavior. Broadening her DEIB advocacy, Dr. White hosts the "Call In" podcast, diving into DEIB topics and the delicate balance between calling in and calling out. In 2023, she penned her third book, 50 Questions Inclusive Leaders Ask: How Forward-Thinking Leaders Stay Current. In 2016, she founded S.A.M.S. (Student Affairs Moms), the preeminent online community for mothers in student affairs. Her forthcoming book will spotlight the experiences of working mothers on college campuses. Dr. White's academic accolades include degrees from Indiana University, Ball State and the University of Mississippi. She currently resides in Oxford, Mississippi, but often visits Bloomington, Indiana, where her daughter, Emory, attends college.
