Radio program host Arch N. Booth (Executive Director of the Chamber of Commerce of the United States) introduces the program and Don Goodall (Legislative Director of the Chamber of Commerce) provides legislative analysis of congressional activity with regards to the current airline union strike and the political power of unions in general. Discussion of rural planning in the Community Development District Act of 1966 with members of the Rural Development Subcommittee of the House Agriculture Committee: Alec G. Olson of Minnesota; Page Belcher of Oklahoma; Clair Callan of Nebraska; and Thomas G. Abernethy of Mississippi. Booth wraps up the program.
