Description
We investigate what we call (δ, )-almost strongly regular graphs with parameters (n,k,λ,µ). In particular, we generalize some well known results and bounds on the parameters of strongly regular graphs from Bose and Dowling (1963) and Babai (1980, 2014) that fit our criteria of (δ, ) almost strongly regular graphs. We provide examples of a family of graphs which meet our definition. [A formatted abstract is also attached.]
