U.S. Senator Theodore G. Bilbo. Typed below photograph: U.S. Senator Theodore G. Bilbo (known as the Stormy Petrel) (he appears here in the early 40s as he campaigned in front of our old Courthouse, as usual. The photo includes three of Oxford's prominent citizens, (his lifetime old friend Shine Morgan back of him, and to the right in pict: Allie Mabel (Smith) sister to Hassel, and Bob Smallwood (another old loyal friend).
