Description

A large group of people at the I.C. Depot. Typed below photograph: This scene of the old I.C. depot (incidentally it is still standing and in use) (around 100 some odd yrs. Old), as this was the only means of getting in and out of Oxford at this time (1919), the center of interest naturally was at this site, for both Ole Miss and Oxford. Especially when the school opened, or a football team was visiting us, we are sending ours out eh? So 'tis very likely that Bill was in this scene eh? In the forefront the old darky (with back to you) is checking out the baggage and trunks [More text follows]. [Full page images can be found in Box 1 scrapbook, also in this image gallery.]
