Confederate Soldier's Cemetery entrance arch. Typed below building: At the time this was photographed, this entrance led to the cemetery containing the dead of Shiloh (700 of the wounded were brought here and the Lyceum bldg. was used as a hospital). But today this same entrance leads to Fraternity Row (rear) and the huge new athletic coliseum being constructed next to the Rebel Cemetery. [Other text follows].
