Produced by the Mississippi Authority for Educational Television through a grant for the National Endowment for the Humanities. 1979. A documentary on the life and writings of William Faulkner. Includes interviews with Shelby Foote, George Plimpton, Robert Penn Warren, Tennessee Williams, Jill Faulkner Summers, and various biographers and critics. Also includes footage from the Omnibus documentary, filmed shortly after Faulkner's receiving the Nobel Prize. Producer, Walter Lowe; director, Robert Squier ; narrators, Raymond Burr, Arthur Ed Foreman.
