Abstract
The study of chorded cycles has seen an increase in activity in the past few years. I will review some of this work as well as consider several new results related to classic cycle results. This will include conditions su cient to imply k independent edges are the chords of k disjoint cycles and k vertices being placed on k vertex disjoint chorded cycles. We will also consider degree conditions su cient to imply the existence of k vertex disjoint chorded cycles and k vertex disjoint doubly chorded cycles. We will also ask the fundamental question: How many chords should we look for in a cycle?
