Abstract
Discover how insurance companies can leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) to drive efficiency and innovation. This seminar will delve into three key AI applications: (1) fuzzy matching for accurate insured name identification, (2) claim summarization using Natural Language Processing (NLP) to extract insights from narrative text, and (3) automated report drafting and ad-hoc analytics for enhanced documentation. Along the way, we'll introduce fundamental insurance data concepts, providing a comprehensive understanding of how AI can transform the industry.
