Abstract: Negative experiences of aging partially contribute to poor health outcomes. Extant work links daily increases in the age a person feels to daily increases in psychological and physical indicators of health, such as stress and pain, respectively. This study examined whether feeling older than one’s age negatively affects a behavioral indicator of health, daily physical activity behavior.
