Description
The Institute of Child Nutrition (ICN), part of the School of Applied Sciences at The University of Mississippi, is the only federally funded national center of its kind. Established in 1989, ICN is funded by a grant administered through the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Food and Nutrition Service (FNS). Our vision is to lead the nation in providing, research, education, and resources to promote excellence in child nutrition programs.
Three design concepts and composition suggestions came from our groups and a final selection was made with which to proceed. AI generation was used to further develop the puzzle concept and the final image was created and fine-tuned in PhotoShop by one of ICN’s graphic designers.
