Guests can make reservations by calling 1-888-486- 7666 and referencing the SEAC Conference 2022. Reservations may also be made online at this link: SEAC Conference 2022. Additional lodging options (without special conference discounts) within walking distance include: < href="https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/oxdeahx-hampton-oxford-conference-center/">The Courtyard by Marriott Oxford and The Graduate, Oxford.
By Air: Memphis International Airport (MEM) is about 1 hr. 15 min from Oxford, Mississippi. The Tupelo Regional Airport (TUP) is about 50 minutes from Oxford, Mississippi.
Transportation from the Airport: major car rental companies from MEM airport and major car rental companies from the TUP airport.
The Outreach division of the university operates a shuttle service between the airport and Oxford. You can book either a round trip ticket ($145), or a one-way ticket ($95). You will need to submit a request for transport SOON as they have space limitations as well (you can imagine all the shuttle requests they receive!) Note that requests must be submitted at least 6 business days in advance of travel!).
Parking on Campus: Most of you will not need to worry about parking on campus as you can park at the Inn at Ole Miss (if you have a reservation there) and Bryant Hall is a very short 9 minute walk and The Square is about 17 minutes. But if you are driving and have chosen to stay elsewhere, you will need to park on campus. For that, you will need a parking permit. You can order your permit here. You may find this parking map useful as well as a general campus map.
Accessibility:
- Enter The Inn at Ole Miss at the front of the building. There are no stairs (all one level). The staff at the front desk can direct you to the elevators and help to meet any of your specific needs.
- For Bryant Hall, enter the building on the side entrance to the left of the main entrance (if you are looking at the front of Bryant Hall, go on the sidewalk to the left that curves around the building). The accessibility entrance is there, with an elevator over to the side.
- If you have any other accessibility concerns or needs, please contact Deborah Mower (dsmower@olemiss.edu) at least three business days before the start of the conference so that we can make the necessary arrangements to meet your needs.
