Abstract
UNIVERSITY, Miss. -- On Feb. 2, local school children will have the chance to create a Kente-type cloth with finger paints at a workshop sponsored by The University of Mississippi Museums, Yoknapatawpha Arts Council and Jitney Jungle/Delchamps Charitable Foundation. Kente is an ancient ceremonial cloth made by various ethnic groups in Ghana and other parts of Africa.
