Abstract
Amid myriad options for summertime fun, the task of raising funds for a favorite charity doesn't have to be a chore or a bore. Following a few simple rules for designing and marketing a fund-raiser leads to more success and more fun for organizers and participants alike, said Lori Topp, assistant director of marketing at The University of Mississippi.
