Johnson of Indiana; Jamie L. Whitten of Mississippi; Walter C. Ploeser of Missouri; Pete Jarman of Alabama; and Robert A. Grant of Indiana. Department of Navy personnel on tour: Wilfred J. McNeil (Fiscal Director); Rear Admiral Ezra G. Allen (Director of Budget and Reports); Captain Wilbur E. Kellum (Bureau of Medicine and Surgery); Commander Earle D.
