Two minute thirty-second campaign commercial "Paid for by the Committee to Re-Elect Jamie Whitten, George P. Cossar Jr., Chairman" and directed to the Oxford, Mississippi community. Discusses recent appropriations for Highway 6 and the National Acoustics Lab at the University of Mississippi; Ronald Reagan's compliment on Whitten's leadership during the passage of H.R. 5415 the Urgent Supplemental Appropriations Act of 1986; and saving a magnolia tree at the local federal building.
