Description
This talk will examine the pharmacology of minor phytocannabinoids, including cannabidiol (CBD) and its interactions with delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). Of particular interest is the impact – if any – of varying ratios of THC and CBD on THC responses, and potential mechanisms for the interplay. We will also consider the pharmacology and potential therapeutic impacts of other minor cannabinoids, including cannabigerol, tetrahydrocannabivarin, and cannabichromene.
