Abstract

Johnny Bigham, a formerly world famous porn star, finds Mississippi just one of his many homes throughout his life. A product of the foster care system, Bigham discusses his sometimes psychologically abusive upbringing prior to joining the military three weeks after his high school graduation. While in the military, Bigham ended up in a failed marriage to a woman from his hometown of Georgia, Vermont. This failed marriage resulted in him hiring a lawyer that would end up inviting Bigham to join him and his partner for Bigham’s first gay sexual experience. This relationship went on for about three years and exposed him to the gay lifestyle that Bigham would continue to pursue. At this point, Bigham began moving around a bit with different partners and eventually met a well known male exotic dancer that would get Bigham into exotic dancing as well. Once landing in California, Bigham grew in his fame while also serving as a caterer and opening his own cleaning business that served high end clients such as Drew Barrymore. During this time, Bigham was repeatedly chatting with his now-husband, Hunter Bigham, on various websites and would eventually meet him in person. The two have been together since that first face-to-face meeting, with Bigham moving to Mississippi just months after to be with and eventually marry Hunter.
