Advertising Cookbook Covers
This collection features book covers scanned from the Cookbook Collections of the Department of Archives and Special Collections in the University of Mississippi Libraries. Many of these books accompanied the purchase of appliances or equipment, both to promote the newest product and to show the "ease" of modern cooking. Some of these covers were featured in The Southern Plate: An Archival Exhibit on Food in 2023.
