Radio program of U.S. Representative Frank T. Bow of Ohio entitled "Washington Through Your Congressman's Window" with guest U.S. Representative Jamie Whitten of Mississippi. Discussion of Mississippi Election Contest where civil rights activists of the Mississippi Freedom Democratic Party attempted to unseat the entire white Mississippi congressional delegation and civil rights in general.
