Description

Video production opposing Enforcement of Section 404 of the Clean Water Act as regards to protection of wetlands. Includes television news interviews with farmers. Rhonda McTate outlines the mission of the Pennsylvania Landowners Association, explains the definition of "wetland," problems caused by the legislation, posting restricting access to private land and lists property rights court cases.
