Video production on the groundbreaking of NASA's Advanced Solid Rocket Motor facility in the Yellow Creek area of Tishomingo County, Mississippi. Includes quotes from officials of NASA, Rust International, Lockheed, Aerojet, and Mississippi politicians. Includes footage of the 10 April 1990 groundbreaking ceremony with its tribute to U.S. Representative Jamie L. Whitten.
