Abstract

Yellowdig is a social media-style, closed discussion platform integrated with Blackboard that promotes meaningful engagement among students and instructors. This presentation will highlight how Yellowdig can be used effectively in both face-to-face and online courses, as well as explore additional applications of the platform. The session will also include a brief overview of research findings related to its impact on student engagement and learning.
